From the west (A530):
At Marshfield bank roundabout turn onto A532. Follow the A532 (West Street) when you reach a set of traffic lights, take the left fork. After a short distance you will see a car dealership on your left, you should begin to slow down at look for a Co-op on the corner, also on the left. Turn left just after the shop, onto Derby Street, you will find us approximately 100 metres along Derby Street on the right.

From the east (M6 and A500):
Head west on the A500. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A5020/Old Park Rd. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A5020/Weston Rd. Continue to follow A5020, Go through 1 roundabout. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A534/Nantwich Rd.

You will pass Crewe railway station on your left. Continue to the large crossroads with traffic lights and turn left onto Mill Street. Continue along Mill Street until your reach a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto A5019/Vernon Way. Continue to follow Vernon Way, go through 2 roundabouts. At the traffic lights turn Left onto West Street/A532.

Shortly after turning onto West Street you will pass the ASDA superstore on your left. Go straight through the traffic lights at the crossroads and continue along West Street. As you are nearing your turning you will see a Motorcycle dealership on your left. Shortly after this you will see a Co-op on the corner. Turn right just before the shop, onto Derby Street, you will find us approximately 100 metres along Derby Street on the right.

To achieve the best print quality, we need vector artwork ideally supplied as an illustrator file or eps (CS4 or earlier). We can also accept freehand 8 files. If neither of these are possible then a vector pdf or eps would be acceptable.
Fonts need to be converted to outline or supplied with the document. Any images need to be as high resolution as possible.
Where possible any logos should be provided in vector format. If you do not have vector artwork we will advise you on the best way to proceed with your job.

Most other bitmap formats. All bitmap images should be supplied in the highest resolution possible. Please do not resample low resolution images to high resolution, this rarely works.

Some earlier versions of Corel Draw up to version 10 but translation is not always perfect. Some AutoCAD dxf dwg files but again, translation is not always perfect. When submitting artwork in these formats please send either a hard copy or a jpeg so we can ensure translation has been completely successful.

Additionally:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint up to version 2001, although documents saved in later versions often open.
The three above Microsoft applications do not retain font information when opened on our system, so if choice of typeface is important you will need to tell us what typefaces you have used and ideally send a hard copy. Also, files created in these applications cannot be used as artwork. Instead, we will use these files as a starting point and create artwork based on them.

Please note: we are not able to open Microsoft Publisher files. The best way to make a Publisher file viewable by us is to supply it as an eps, pdf, jpeg or as a printout. In most cases we have found it necessary to recreate a client’s artwork when it has been originated in Publisher. As with the other Microsoft applications mentioned above, files created in Publisher will not usually be regarded as, or quoted as, ‘Artwork Supplied’ and will be quoted on receipt and review of your file.

Based in Crewe, Zero Signs and Digital is one of Cheshire’s leading sign makers. The original firm of Zero Ads was founded in 1968 to offer a specialist sign rental service to local estate agents and continued to trade for 30 years under that name. The company soon expanded its production into the field of industrial screenprinting and general sign manufacture and was renamed in 1998 to reflect more fully it’s specialisation in these areas. Since then, we have moved with the times and embraced full colour digital printing. We use two state-of-the-art large format digital printers to produce our full colour graphics.

Our flat bed printer can print direct to a wide range of materials and is ideally suited for printing boards. It can print up to to a width of 2 metres by any length. These lengths can be tiles together to produce any size of sign. The roll fed machine prints on vinyl and can cut around the graphics it prints, making it possible to economically create unusually shaped stickers. It can also print on poster paper, making it a versatile machine for the production of high quality promotional graphics. Again, its 1.3m width output can be tiled to any size.

We digitally print most boards, which means they can be produced quickly. It also gives the flexibility of being able to make changes to the board at any time and print a new version in a short space of time. Zerosigns can also screen-print your boards if they need to feature strong, solid, accurately matched colours.

We can output boards using supplied artwork or design a board from scratch. All boards board sizes are catered for, from small standard residential boards up to large commercial boards. We can also create large special boards that feature images of the property along with a text description.

Our quick and well organised service means your boards can be printed and erected to meet your deadlines. Once the property has been sold, call us and a member of our team will be there within 24 hours to remove the board.

Adding your company logo to your workwear is the best way to project the right image and reassure your customers they are dealing with a professional company. We provide two options for doing this: screen-print and embroidery.

Screen-print is ideal for big bold single colour or two colour designs, especially if it large quantities are required. Embroidery is best suited to smaller, more detailed designs, featuring more than two colours. For both screen-print and embroidery, there is a small one off set up charge, to create and embroidery disk or a silk screen. Once they are made, all you have pay for is reprints. Please note, for both options our minimum order is 10.

Labels & stickers:
Using the latest printing technology we at Zerosigns can print onto vinyl or self-cling vinyl in single or full colour. We can produce simple single colour labels to full colour or even photographic ones. You are also not restricted to the usual rectangular or circular labels, our printer can cut any shape, so you can have a label cut to follow the contours of your logo. This flexibility also extends to our print runs. Normally labels are produced in hundreds or even thousands, with our printer you can have as many as you need, we will even print a one off . We can provide different types of adhesion and a range of laminates including vandal resistant.
